The .COR file is only generated in the last couple of steps of Efiling the return its the second last window before getting to the actual Efile screen.  The gets Generated in a folder called My Profile Data\T2Returns\Efile, this is usually located in the computer under the documents section.  If you need assistance in finding this file location please contact us at 1-866-438-8020.
