I don't qualify for 'auto' submission of taxes.?? I paid for an advisor last year and was totally happy with him. paid again this year. Where is the service??

To have an expert review your return, the process has changed slightly this year. Instead of adding a review, you'll just upgrade to the TurboTax Live Assist & Review version.

To upgrade, click the Upgrade button on the left of your screen and select the option for Assist & Review.
