Start New Business?

In 2015 I ended a self-employment professional business. In Oct 2017 I signed a short term contract for the same professional services. In the section about Other Information About Your Business, do I check the first checkbox? In other words, dis I start a new business in 2017?

If you ended the original business statement in 2015 and had not included a Nil business statement in 2016 that you will indicate this is a New Business. You may wish to keep it active even in a year of no income or expenses in case you require it again in the future.
