I have 3 returns ongoing and I can't open them through return manager

There is no error message, the pop up screen is greyed out and I can't open any of my other 2014 returns

Are you using Chrome or Safari? Can you try using Firefox and tell me if that works?

I have the same problem.  Tried creating a new return also and when I go to checkout everything is greyed out.  When I go to the account where my first account is and go to return manager, it is also greyed out

Please try either clearing your internet browsing history or using Firefox, a few customers have reported this issue and completing either of those actions seems to resolve the issue.

I cleared my internet browsing history, I use Safari, and it resolved the issue.  Thanks!!
