I am paid subscriber for turbo tax again,but did not link this years tax to previous years.

Have you tried password recovery? TurboTax will send you an email so you can retrieve or reset your password. Just enter your email address on this page: https://ww1.2016.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/recovery
