I worked as a babysitterand and I was paid cash.So I'm not sure that should I file my tax as self-employed or employee ?

If you earned under $3500, you can enter it as casual income. (Income tab>other income> income not reported on Tslips)
For income over $3500, you would be considered self-employed. At $3500 CPP kicks in on self-employment income.
