I have a user ID that you folks sent me last year to sign in with. But when I try to buy a new Standard Version and sign in, it keeps asking me to change my password.
Nothing more say (that I can print). I am trying to buy a Standard Version for 2017. That is what we used last year. I am a Canadian living in Lethbridge AB. When the program asks if I want to transfer last year's information, it immediately tells me to change my password, which I've done a 1/2 dozen times now.
