If it is says that you have never
filed a tax return but you have, select “[Your Name] Personal Information” from
the “Setting Up” tab. Make sure to answer “NO” to the question “Are you filing
an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?” near the bottom of the
page. Click on the “Continue” button to save. Then select “Get Started” from
the “File” tab to go back to try to file again.
