Which version should I use?

I've used turbotax online to file my and my wife's taxes for several years. I'm an employee and she's a self employed sole proprietor (physiotherapist). I have not been using joined accounts (as I need the standard version, she needs sole proprietor), however for 2020 our situation has changed somewhat:

- We sold a condo and bought a house

- We had a daughter born (dec 18)

- We have rental income

Which turbotax online suites should I be using? Joined accounts or not?
