Unfortunately, there's no way to prepare those returns with overrides and make them eligible for NetFile in TurboTax. If you make the override, you would have to print and paper file the return.

It's coding from CRA - certain fields can't be manually entered or removed and fit the NETFILE requirements. This safeguards the user from making incorrect claims or deductions. 

In the case of Disability Transfers from Dependants, you need to contact CRA and ensure they have the correct spouse (or both) eligible for the transfer.
