When I file mine and my wife's tax together, I try to import my wife's after my import, CRA site told me to register as a representative, do I have to?

No. When TurboTax prompts you to download your wife's data from the CRA using the Auto-Fill My Return service, just go grab your wife and have her enter her CRA My Account username and password. Then, TurboTax will import her info and you can take the tax prep work back over. 🙂
