How do I change province of residence on page 1/ T1 Jacket? When I `transferred' the return from the prior year, I just accepted the CF(carry forward) data but he moved

I am working in 2015 as this guy hasn't filed for like 7 years- trying to get him current.  I didn't realize he moved in 2015 so didn't revise the CF data page when it asked.  I found the Taxpayer info-sheet and changed the Province there, but it did NOT update the T1 jacket;   and I am unable to click in the province field on page 1.
