To complete Form T1135 in TurboTax Online, select Find (the magnifying glass icon). Type “foreign” in the search bar. Select Foreign Income Verification Statement (T1135) from the list, then click “Go”. Follow the instructions on the Foreign Income Verification Statement (T1135) screens to enter your information.
TurboTax will automatically select the Section based on what you enter for the property type. Section 7 is “Property held in an account with a Canadian registered securities dealer or a Canadian trust company”.
