I need to know how many or max T776 forms allowed in Premier version of Turbo Tax? We have a substantial holding of rental properties, currently run into trouble with other software vendor due to cap on max T776 forms allow.

If you are using TurboTax Premier CD/Download, then you can have up to 18 T776 forms. TurboTax Online should have a similar amount.
