Is there a fix for TurboTax erroneously showing the cost and base amounts for the first rental property in the UCC section for other rental properties?
This is a known display only issue, calculations are correct and and the issue was already resolved. You might still see it if your file was created before the fix. Please review printed copy to ensure that calculations are correct.
