Try navigating back to your Personal Tax Profile and confirming that you answer no to the question Did you have income or expenses from a rental property?

Using the menu across the top of your screen, select Setting Up > Personal Tax Profile. Then, in the Registered savings plans & investments section on the right, select Edit and scroll to the Did you have income from investments such as interest earned on investments, the sale of stocks or stock options, the sale of real property, income from rental property or other related investment expenses?
