I bought some material to repair the floor on my rental property. I did the repair myself. Should I capture my name and SIN in the "maintenance and repairs" statement?

Investors and rental owners
As you completed the repairs yourself, claim only the cost of materials and supplies. Your own time is not considered a labour cost for tax purposes.
