Rental Income

Hi. We moved to a new property last May and rented out our previous property. My Wife and I are joint owners on both properties. For the rental income in 2019, do we have to split it 50/50 on our returns for income or can I put it all under my Wife's income?

Investors and rental owners

Enter your percentage of ownership in the Identification section and complete the Details of other co-owners and partners section, including the co-owners/partners percentage of ownership.
