To enter Carrying Charges, Investment Interest paid or Investment Management Fees (IMFs), in TurboTax Online or the EasyStep view of TurboTax Desktop:

Click on FIND (little magnifying glass on the top right)
Type in investment, highlight Investment Expenses and click GO
From the page titled Investment Expenses, choose the expense you wish to claim a deduction for.

You can also find this from the sidebar of TurboTax by clicking on Income > Investment Expenses
