I ordered Turbotax 2020 (which I already had and used last year) by accident. I really wanted 2021 and went on to order it. Getting 2021 required some web site exploration but I did get it without incident in the end.
How do I get a refund for the now obsolete 2020 which I did not want? I never dreamed Intuit would offer - by default no less - last year's product.
