If you are preparing your tax returns together there is no need to make any transfers yourself. TurboTax will transfer the amounts from your spouse to both Federal & Provincial schedules.

I have trouble entering the value (from line 26000 of the partner's 2020 return) into line 5. The field is blue but I don't want to override; I won't be able to NETFILE that way. The forms can't be joint because of the passing of one partner. I believe this is a bug.
