I already keyed in my mom's info but box 331 of Schedule 1 does not accept the claim?

I want to claim the caregiver amount of $6883 for my mom.  I already prepared a return for her.  The pop up window to line 331 showed all her info.  But the amount does not show in line 331 of schedule 1.  What should I do?
