Difficulty entering on T1 form Language of correspondence, elections Canada and line 476 installments

In the forms option, T1 General Form.

When click on language of correspondence T1 will not respond to either yes or no.

When click on Elections Canada info area again the T1 will not respond to either yes of no in either box

When entering installments on Line 476 the T1 will not respond.
