Can I enter a lump sum per location of medical receipt (ie: pharmacy, dentist) or do I need to enter every receipt individually?

Self-employed
You can add them all together and enter them as one amount if you'd like.
Just make sure to save your receipts in a safe place in case the CRA asks to see the itemization at a later date.
