Can't fill in certain information such as address, email on TurboTax Canada 2018 free download version. (.T1 General information).

Cannot fill in information such as address, it just dings.

Self-employed

You are unable to make these entries directly on the T1 General Tax Return while in the Forms view of the downloaded version of TurboTax.

You must enter in the Personal Information box that pops up. To do so:

  1. Click the Forms icon in the toolbar
  2. Type "info" in the Form Lookup "keyword to search for"
  3. Highlight Personal Information Dialogue, then click "OK"
  4. Make your entries in the dialogue box which appears.
