If you are using TurboTax Online, the T1229 –
Statement of Resource Expenses and Depletion Allowance is still being

If you don’t have this form on your return, double
check that you (and your spouse, if you have one) have not accidentally said
“YES” to the Tax on Split Income (TOSI) question. Us the Find tool (or the
Forms lookup) to search for Tax on Split Income, answer the question “NO” and
click “Continue” to save. Then try to file again, starting from the beginning
of the Review section.
- From the left side menu, select Review.
- From the options that appear, select Get
Started.
- Continue through your return and file.
