How do i remove a statement of business activities from previous report? The business has been closed last year and an amount of -5.58 is showing in my income.

The -5.58 amount is coming from an amortization of a capital purchase done in previous years.

You can "delete" this business statement from the current year online TurboTax return by going to Income > Self-Employment > Self-Employment Summary. On that summary page you should see the business with the CCA on it which is causing the negative amount, and you can choose to "delete" it here.
