TurboTax will calculate the business use portion based on the amount of kilometres you drove for business, and reduce the CCA claim automatically. You can see the percentage it calculated on the Motor Vehicle Expenses Summary when you are in the Self-Employment section of the interview (Income> Self-Employment> Business or Professional Activities).
