We have already entered a guessed estimate into the RRSP Contribution limit but found out it is more. How can we edit that amount in the Turbotax forms?

You can simply return to the RRSP section by selecting Find (or the magnifying glass icon) from the menu, typing RRSP Contributions in the Find window and then, editing the contribution you will see there, and changing the new amount for your limit.
