In Forms mode, click the Tools option near the top of your screen. Select Optimizers, then CPP sharing optimizer.

This suggestion did not work. This is what I tried:

Forms page> Tools>Optimizers>the drop down menu is all greyed out and I am unable to select any of the optimizers.

It looks like you have this same problem for the 2018 taxation year version as well and it has not been fixed.

Please help as I need this feature to plan for retirement.
