Ensure that you have entered your pension information on the proper screens. If you have mistakenly entered box 20 or 48 amounts on a T4A screen rather than a T4A(P) for example, this will trigger the self-employment screens as these boxes on a T4A are for self-employment income.
If you have entered the information on the wrong screen, navigate back to the T4A screen and delete your entry. This can be done by clicking the Delete button to the right of the entry on the T4A Summary screen.
