Received T4RSP Slip Box 20 excess contribution , what to do next ?
In Dec 2016, over contributed into my rrsp and in Jan 2017 withdrew the over contributed amount . I didn't include the over contributed amount as part of the 2016 tax return . At the same time the bank never withheld any tax when I withdrew the over contributed amount ( never filled out the t3012 form)
For 2017 i received a t4rsp slip box 20 showing the over contributed amount and its being include as part of my income if i include the box 20 on my 2017 return

I'm in exact the same situation. Turbo tax include this as income which should not be. how did you end up report this on your 2017 return?

Just enter the information as is in t4rsp and the software will do the rest.
