When using TurboTax Free, click on the heading titled RRSP.  Scroll down and click on RRSP profile.  Put a checkmark next to Made RRSP contributions during 2017 or the first 60 days of 2018.  Click on continue and you will be prompted to enter your RRSP contributions.
