If you mistakenly entered your T4A(OAS) - Old Age Security Pension on a T4A slip, and again on the T4A(OAS) page, you'll need to remove the incorrect T4A entry.
Go to: Income > T-Slips > T4A - Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity & Other Income. The DELETE the incorrectly entered slip from the T4A Summary page.
