Under clergy residence deduction, is 'income from qualifying employment' my total salary or just my housing allowance amount?

I"m trying to fill out my Clergy Housing Deduction Form and it asks me to fill in 'income from qualifying employment'... I'm wondering if that is my entire salary or just my housing allowance?

Credits and deductions

Qualifying income is Employment income you receive and is showing on your T4 slip in box 14.

http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/t1223/t1223-14e.pdf This is the form that the software will automatically generate once you have entered the information in the software.
