• Are you filing a return with a spouse? Childcare is claimed by the lower income earner.
• Have you checked the dependant info and ensured it is correct? Was the dependant under 16 at some time during the year and is the birthdate entered correctly?
•  Do you have "earned income" and has it been entered?
