How do I claim an early repayment for Home Buyers Plan

I have a tax form I'm trying to complete. We used the Home Buyers RRSP plan this year, but also want to claim an RRSP contribution this year against the outstanding HBP balance. CRA says you can do it, but TurboTax doesn't let us do it.
