In the first section, I put the UCCB under me, but it comes to my wife. How do I make the switch over? I can't find the option anywhere.
It doesn't matter who the UCCB came to. It should be claimed by the spouse with the lower income.

" If you had a spouse or common-law partner on December 31, 2014, the one of you with the lower net income must report the UCCB. Report on line 117 the amount shown in box 10 of the RC62 slip ."
TurboTax does this automatically.

I have the lower income and Turbo Tax did not automatically select me as the lower income earner.
