I have a Canadian driver license and I've filed tax return before, does that mean I'm NOT "non-resident" for tax purposes for TD1 form?
I'm not citizen nor PR, but it seems to me that I do have secondary residential ties (i.e. Canadian driver license & insurance)
I'm assuming that I'm resident for tax purposes on TD1 form? so I don't have to tick the box on Page 2 (there is another question for non-resident "As a non-resident of Canada, will 90% or more of your world income be included in determining your taxable income earned in Canada in 2019?")
on the top of the TD1 form, I did fill out my answer for question about "country of permanent residence"
Just want to double check again
