Error message filing

i keep getting this error message. "Our records indicate you are not filing an income tax return for the first time with the CRA. Please go back in your software and ensure you do not identify yourself as someone who is filing an income tax return for the first time".this is my first filing in canada,can you advise on what to do?

Filing

Did you have someone create a return for you previously? Because that would mean that this isn’t your first time. If this is so you can click on “[Your Name] Personal Information” under “My Info” on the left side menu. Scroll to the bottom and change the answer to the question “Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?” to NO and click Continue to save. That’s for TurboTax Online. For TurboTax CD/Download, click “Contact Info” under “Introduction” on the left side menu. The question re: First Time is 4th from the bottom. Answer NO and save. If you have a spouse make sure you are on the page for yourself when you make the changes.
