Not sure if you've exceeded your number of NetFile attempts. Assuming you've not, I can suggest two courses of action?
1. Create a totally new return with TT online, but do it correctly this time.
2. Either NetFile or print and mail using your new return file.
( you can either delete or ignore your errored file)
