I have made payment through PaySimply but my 2018 balance due hasn't been eliminated in TurboTax. Is there something else I should be doing?

 

Filing

If you are referring to a balance owing to the Canada Revenue Agency, the payment that you made will not be reflected in TurboTax.  If you are registered for the CRA My Account service, you can log in to your account and see that your payment has been received.  Otherwise, you can contact the CRA at 1800 959 8281 to inquire if they have received your payment.
