I recently completed my and my wife's return, but it went to a survey and it said that mine was filed.. I am unsure if my wife's was.. help!!

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please log into your TurboTax account and select your wife's return. You will then need to NETFILE her income tax return. You should receive two separate NETFILE confirmation numbers.
