Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online? What is the exact error message that you are getting?

I'm getting the same OEPTC issue I filled it in but can't Netfile the fix going to same address page. No odd characters in the address either? 

Hello I can not Netfile Turbo intuit tax online.  Same issue and oddly my 2017 worked.
