This not correct. If the information doesn't match, the tax filer should check their DOB, SIN#, include any middle names if applicable and this will solve the problem.
To confirm, I was able to file for the first time using Netfile. I got an error the first couple times I tried, but then realized I needed my middle initial, and it worked after that.
