Since you installed a copy of Turbo Tax, you can go to forms (in the dark blue bar at the top).

Click on 'Window' in the top gray bar of commands, select the Sch 3 once it appears on the screen select F10 -> Print Form, then follow the same steps for the S3(Supp)
