Susan, i tried step by step to view, download pdf and print my 2020 tax. No matter what I get a screen that informs me Turbotax keeps and saves my data for 7 years. I do want my own paper copy, however, as I need to make a supplementary payment and cannot see my pdf. The screen asks me if I want to download but when selecting that option it does not download. 
i have never had such a cumbersome, unhelpful and ineffective Turbo tax, Intuit experience. Please help me download the pdf and print my file for 2020
