According to
CRA's website, their goal is to give a refund within 2 weeks if it's online and 8 weeks if it's filed on a paper return. However due to Covid, there will be a delay, for paper return, it will take 10 to 12 weeks. So a recommendation is to file online if you want to receive the return quicker.
