Hi. I feel like an fool. I changed banks a couple of years ago and forgot I had a Mutual Fund still at the bank. It isn't very much. How do I claim that on my income tax?

Mistakes can happen to everybody, not just to you. You claim it depending on your tax slip and the year showing on it. If the slip you have is for a previous year, then you will have to amend the tax return. Please see this link from Canada Revenue, it will explain to you how to amend, or make changes, a tax return: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/changereturn/

That was great information. Thanks. One more question, how do I enter it on my 2014 income tax that I haven't submitted yet?
