If you haven't submitted your return to CRA yet, you can enter your tuition in the Student section of your return.

If you've already filed, changes can be made by way of an adjustment. Wait until your return has been processed by CRA and you've received your Notice of Assessment. Have a look to see if CRA applied the tuition (they get a copy of the T2202A). If it hasn't been added for you, then you can submit an adjustment to include it.
